Additional Features
Additional functionality includes pending payment notifications as well as access to payment data in other TimberScan inquiries and dashboards.
Notification System for Print to Avid Payments
You can select to receive email notifications when there are new payments to approve. You must be using the Notification and Reminder System in TimberScan GO. Select AvidPay Payment Control in the Initial notifications tab. NOTE: You must have admin rights in TimberScan GOto access Notification Settings.
Viewing Payment Data in Inquiries & Dashboards, including AIM Search
Payment detail can be displayed in both TimberScan GOand TimberScan(server version) standard inquiries.

Payment history and logs are also available in the two dashboards for payment data: Payments by Vendor and Payments by Payment Type.
History displays the payment log as well as user comments.
Both the Proof of Payment and the Prepaid Information Advice have been added to report options when generating reports from TimberScan inquiries.
AIM Search:
For TimberScan-processed invoices sent to AIM, you can see both the prepaid information advice (PIA) and proof of payment when you view the invoice in AIM Search.

Need to contact AvidXchange regards a sent payment? Locate the payment in AvidPay Payments Control > History and select the Open a case here on AvidXchange button to the left of the payment.
