2.1.4.6.3.2.2. Custom Filtering

As you know, a TimberScan operator can filter on any column in an inquiry by selecting a record displayed in a column on the inquiry. In addition, there is custom filtering where a user can select multiple values to condition on in one column. Here's how:

 

1. Select the column for which you want to create a custom filter.

 

2. Choose the drop down arrow and select Custom:

 

 

3. When the new window opens, select the Add Condition button:

 

 

4. Select the Operator and Operand from the lists.

 

5. Select the Toggle button to toggle between the AND or the OR condition:

 

 

The color denotes whether you have select AND or OR (see orange color below for OR).

 

6. Select the Add Condition button again to add a second condition:

 

 

When done, select OK to verify your filtering and to display the results:
